Casey was an EXCELLENT officiant! We had a very small ceremony, 9 people at our November 2023 wedding. When we arrived at Lake Spring Park, we did not realize that the park would be under construction and he was incredibly calm, patient and reassuring as we (I) were scrambling (panicking) trying to figure out where in the park to get married. I asked him for something that was short, sweet with a sprinkle of religion to appease my husband’s mother – Casey delivered and in 6 minutes, 41 seconds we were married! He was incredibly professional, all the stars for him. Give him a text and hire him for your wedding day!

The planning process was SO easy, he gave us great ideas and was very easy to collaborate with. He allowed for all of our modifications and is very well spoken (which is super important, especially when you have a videographer capturing those few minutes for you to watch year after year). He even saved the day when someone misplaced the lighters for our Unity candle!

Honestly, one of my favorite moments was one I didn’t witness in person, but it was just a quick joke to ease my husband’s nerves as they walked down the aisle, and our videographers caught it.

A close friend is a hair stylist who works with a lot of of wedding parties and recommended Casey from that experience. We reached out and asked if he could be available in a week for a ceremony we were arranging on short notice. He agreed and was flexible when we immediately needed to delay the start by a half hour.

Casey asked a few simple questions by text and used the responses to customize a ceremony. He sent a rough draft within two days that was beautiful and eloquent. The vows were exactly what we wanted to say.

On our wedding day, he met privately with us for a few minutes to counsel us on what to expect — essentially replacing a rehearsal with a 3 minute huddle. He offered warmth, sincerity, and a sense of humor.

The intimate ceremony in our home for a half dozen close friends exceeded our fondest wishes. 5 stars out of 5 for Casey!
